Stunting remains a serious nutritional problem in Indonesia because it can affect children's long-term growth and development. Adolescent girls are an important group in stunting prevention because this is when they are experiencing rapid growth and preparing for preconception. This study aims to examine and analyze various nutrition education programs provided to adolescent girls as an effort to prevent stunting. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review method with reference to the PRISMA 2020 guidelines. From the search process, 20 relevant national and international articles published between 2020 and 2025 were selected. The results of the study show that most nutrition education programs are able to improve adolescent girls' knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors related to nutritious food consumption, the importance of iron, and understanding of the risks of stunting. Education conducted through activities at school, Islamic boarding schools, communities, and families has proven to be effective, especially when using interactive methods such as discussions, audiovisual media, booklets, or educational games. Overall, the results of the study show that nutrition education plays an important role in building healthy behaviors among adolescent girls and is an effective first step in early stunting prevention efforts.
