One of the factors that can influence the incidence of stunting is the mother's knowledge. Knowledge about stunting is very necessary for a mother because the mother's lack of knowledge about stunting can cause children to be at risk of stunting. Work motivation is a crucial aspect in supporting lecturers' performance, particularly in carrying out the tri dharma of higher education. This research employs a quantitative approach with a survey method conducted among lecturers from various faculties at a specific university. Data were collected using a questionnaire that measures both intrinsic and extrinsic motivations, as well as factors such as facilities, institutional support, incentives, and career development. The results show that intrinsic motivation, such as the desire to contribute to the development of knowledge and society, is the primary factor in carrying out research and community service. Additionally, incentives and institutional recognition play a significant role in enhancing the extrinsic motivation of lecturers. This study is expected to provide recommendations for universities to improve support for lecturers in carrying out their tri dharma tasks, particularly in research and community service.</p> Muhammad Putra Caesar Zellya, Ennimay, Rachmawaty M Noer, Mutiara Cahaya Rezky, Monica Ignassia Copyright (c) 2024 muhammad putra caesar zellya, Ennimay, Rachmawaty M Noer, Mutiara Cahaya Rezky, Monica Ignassia https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://jurnal.payungnegeri.ac.id/index.php/healthcare/article/view/508 Tue, 31 Dec 2024 05:53:03 +0000 Analysis of the Utilization of the Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) in Diabetes Mellitus Patients at Merdeka Community Health Centers in 2024 https://jurnal.payungnegeri.ac.id/index.php/healthcare/article/view/483 <p><em>The Chronic Disease Management Program (Prolanis) is a program specifically for the management of Diabetes Mellitus and Hypertension. Based on the data collected, computerrized wellbeing benefit applications in Indonesia show the presence of 63 healthcare services, 82 health information systems, and 51 types of helpdesk that contribute to improving accessibility and efficiency in healthcare delivery. The implementation of EMR is regulated by the Indonesian Medical Council (KKI) regulation number 74 of 2020, which provides a legal framework for the use of technology in healthcare services. This study also examines how EMR can assist in monitoring compliance with treatment protocols, patient waiting times, patient satisfaction levels, and the identification of nutritional issues in the elderly at Siabu Health Center. The evaluation results indicate that the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) index varies across provinces, with East Nusa Tenggara Province scoring 2.28 (satisfactory) and North Maluku Territory scoring 1.00 (insufficient). Furthermore, innovations in digital health services enable patients in inaccessible zones to get therapeutic meetings without having to travel long separations, which is crucial for healthcare accessibility.
