Reproductive health problems are a vital problem for building and maintaining women's health, however, the solution cannot be solved by curative efforts alone, so preventive efforts are prioritized. Health education is the right effort to increase adolescent knowledge about vulva hygiene. Audiovisual method can be used very well for health education for adolescents, because it is easier to understand and interesting. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of audiovisual health education methods. This is a pre-experimental research with two groups. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the mean pre-test is 83.25 and the mean post-test is 98.50. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the provision of health education through audio-visual methods is effective in increasing the knowledge of young women about vulva hygiene at MAN 1 Indragiri Hilir. From the results of this study, it is hoped that this can be used as a guideline for respondents in their daily life, especially for the health of their reproductive organs, and that respondents will also be more familiar with the dangers of not practicing vulva hygiene properly. As a result, patients have to be given various treatment therapies such as hemodialysis in order to survive. Hemodialysis (HD) aims to treat patient, however it also has negative effects on the patient's physical and psychological condition. In addition, the spread of covid-19 cases affects patients who have to keep doing HD on schedule. The purpose of this study was to analyze the stress level of patients undergoing hemodialysis at the Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital, Riau Province during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach with a cross-sectional design. The study sample consisted of 47 patients who underwent HD taken by accidental sampling. The instrument used was the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 (DASS) questionnaire with a focus on the dimensions of stress. The univariate analysis used in this study is the frequency distribution. The results showed that most male respondents were 29 people (61.7%), aged&gt; 45 years were 33 people (70.2%), and had HD&gt; 6 months as many as 29 people (61.7%). Most respondents do HD twice a week with 27 people (57.4%) with a duration of HD&gt; 4 hours as many as 25 people (53.2%). The results of the analysis also showed that most of the respondents experienced severe stress as many as 27 people (57.5%). Dari hasil observasi mahasiswa IKM khususnya peminatan K3 dan Promkes ketika mengendarai kendaraan ke kampus tidak menggunakan helm dengan alasan jaraknya dekat, tidak ada polisi dan mengganggu penampilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan, sikap, kenyaman dalam pemberian leaflet terhadap disiplin penggunaan.<br>Jenis penelitian yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif eksperimental dengan desain Quasi Eksperiment Non Control. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pada kelompok IKM K3 ada pengaruh pengetahuan dalam pemberian leaflet terhadap disiplin penggunaan helm pada dengan nilai p value &lt; alpha ( 0,035 &lt; 0,05) dan tidak adanya pengaruh sikap dalam pemberian leaflet terhadap disiplin penggunaan helm dengan nilai p value &gt; alpha ( 0,143 &gt; 0,05) sedangkan pada kelompok bukan IKM K3 tidak ada pengaruh sikap dalam pemberian leaflet terhadap disiplin penggunaan helm dengan nilai p value &gt; alpha (0,377 &gt; 0,05) dan ada pengaruh pengetahuan dalam pemberian leaflet terhadap disiplin penggunaan helm dengan nilai p value &lt; alhpa (0,039 &lt; 0,05). People with mental disorders are still discriminated against, ridiculed, shunned, ignored, ostracized and considered a disgrace in the community. This treatment is due to the lack of public knowledge of people with mental disorders. This study aims to determine the relationship of the level of knowledge on people's attitudes in people with mental disorders with a descriptive correlation research design. The research sample was 99 respondents taken based on inclusion criteria using cluster sampling techniques. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire sheet that had been tested for validity and reliability. The analysis used is univariate analysis to determine the frequency distribution and bivariate using chi square test. The results showed that of the 99 respondents who had a good level of knowledge as many as 64 respondents (64.4%), respondents who had a positive attitude were 55 respondents (55.5%). The statistical test results obtained p value = 0,000 ˂ α (0.05), then Ho is rejected, so it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the level of knowledge of people's attitudes towards people with mental disorders. The relationship between organizational culture and work productivity of nurses has a positive impact on the hospital, where organizational culture can lead nurses to be productive. This study aimed to find out the extent of involvement and consistency with the work productivity of nurses in Lagaligo Wotu Regional Hospital, East Luwu Regency. This study was a quantitative research with a correlation descriptive research design. The research subjects were 81 nurses in the inpatient room of I Lagaligo East Luwu Regional Hospital. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire. This Minimum Service Standard can be used as a guideline for the quality of service for every hospital in Indonesia. This research aimed to study the infrastructure and human resources with implementation of minimum service standards in the Emergency Department (IGD) Regional General Hospital (RSUD) I Lagaligo, East Luwu. The research used in this research is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach, in which all observed variables are measured simultaneously when the research is taking place. This research was conducted in the Emergency Room Installation Room (IGD) Regional General Hospital (RSUD) I Lagaligo East Luwu. Sample selection with total sampling technique. The research subjects were 33 nurses in the IGD Lagaligo Wotu East Luwu Regional Hospital. The results showed that the results of the bivariate analysis used the Chi-Square Test. The nurses do the sorting of infectious and non-infectious medical waste that are not in accordance with the provisions, allegedly due to factors of understanding, attitude, limited facilities and information and there is no strict sanction application. The aim of the study was to analyze the factors that influence the nurse's behavior in sorting infectious and non- infectious waste.This study was an analytical survey research with a cross sectional study approach. The population was 59 class III inpatient nurses and all of them were used as research samples. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression tests at the 95% significance level. The nurse's knowledge factor (0.019), attitude (0.035), facility availability (0.038), information availability (0.033), and policy (0.011) influenced the behavior in sorting infectious and non-infectious waste because it was smaller than 0.05, and education factor (0.943) and length of work (0.256) had no effect.
